  • We are a USA based reputed staffing firm that has been in business since 2001.
  • We are looking for an Account Manager having experience in working for State Governments Clients.
  • This is a remote/Onsite position.We offer very attractive incentive plan.
  • Required:MUST have current experience working with a US based staffing agency.
  • Track record of successfully developing and mining relationships and new business opportunities either by doing in-person meeting or telephonic calls.
  • Experience in tracking and maintaining the State government hiring needs and plan with continuous improvement to establish KPI’s.Primary Point of Contact for the Client onsite activity and meetings (virtual plus onsite) and the recruiting needs and hiring plans.
  • Conduct consistent meetings with state government Client Manager with respect to all related performance indicators.
  • Build and grow relationships with clear intent to grow the revenue model.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to speak professionally to clients regarding both operations and recruiting.
