Job Title: Administrative AssistantDepartment: Cayuga Health PartnersReports To: AVP, Clinical Integration and Population HealthJob SummaryUnder general supervision, incumbent is responsible for assisting in carrying out the administrative details/assignments/functions involved in the operation(s) of Cayuga Health Partners (CHP) by providing administrative support, actively participating in facilitating the workload of CHP, and maintain a follow-up system to track deadlines/assigned projects.Job Responsibilities Include

  • Provide administrative and calendar support to CEO, Medical Director and AVP, Clinical Integration and Population Health. Provide ancillary administrative support to the department and be responsible for the calendar management for the department.
  • Maintains department specific databases completely, creates and distributes meeting agendas/information accurately and timely, and provides accurate and timely typing/copying of documents, this includes meeting minutes.
  • Ability to fully utilize PC platforms, hardware, and software related to job performance.
  • Provides reception/public interaction support to office by taking accurate and complete messages, answers phone promptly, and routes calls as needed.
  • Responsible for ordering and replenishing general office supplies, event specific materials, and preparing supplies & office equipment for new hires.
  • Responsible for a variety of administrative projects requiring independent judgment and action.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

RequirementsEducation : High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred.Experience : Two years office/administrativeLicensure : NonePhysical Requirements : Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 65% of the time. Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate and exchange information accurately.
