Qualifications
- Must have strong experience with Reporting Tools
- Business Objects and Tableau (3-5 years)
- Must have strong experience with writing SQL (3-5 years)
- Good to have experience with Oracle Data Integrator (1 year)
- Good to have experience with Python programming (1 year)
- Good Team Player
- Strong Communication skills
Responsibilities
- The BI Developer collaborates as a member of a project team with academic and administrative units to implement and support business intelligence solutions to satisfy information requirements for planning and decision making, using data from core administrative systems.
- The individual in this position works with a Senior BI Analyst to define BI requirements for individual subject areas, develop conceptual data models, design, build, and test a robust set of reporting and analytic BI deliverables using the standard University BI tool, Business Objects (BO), Tableau and rollout the solution including training and ongoing support.
- The BI developer will work with the training lead to implement training, communication, and support programs across campus.
- This individual will also be a key BI analysis and development resource for new subject areas and reporting deliverable enhancements
