We are seeking an Administrative Data Entry…who will work with our Accounts Payable staff . If you are organized and a results driven professional, this job is for you.Duties and responsibilitiesTrack down receipts from our crewsProposal Preparation and AdministrationCreate purchase orders, invoices for subcontractors and material management.Maintain and record information as needed.Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel
• Quick Learner
• Must have excellent follow-thru skills
• Technologically advanced
• Thorough knowledge and complete understanding of Microsoft office.
• Knowledge of BOSS or Foundation Construction software a plus.
• Minimum of 3 solid years of office Administration
• Organized and schedule orientated.
• Ability to multi-task.
