Director, Business Systems, Data, & Analytics job
- Managing and leading the technical team responsible for go-to-market systems and technologies, including staffing, performance management, and talent development
- Scope complex business problems and structure analyses in order to drive decisions and inform strategic initiatives, goals, and priorities
- Collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement strategies that support the organization’s go-to-market operations
- Own data integrity, data consistency and data hygiene
- Ensuring the development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and secure go-to-market systems
- Managing vendor relationships and evaluating third-party solutions to ensure they align with business goals and meet performance standards
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and SOX
- Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans for go-to-market operationsIdentifying opportunities to enhance Harness’s go-to-market strategy and optimize sales performance through the use of technology and data analytics
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in business analytics and data roles with a focus on go-to-market systems and technologies
- Proven track record of leading technical teams that support go-to-market operations
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, change management, and analytics
- Experience with cloud-based go-to-market platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Domo and Gainsight
- Familiarity with sales enablement and sales performance management tools
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques, such as reporting, dashboarding, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with data architecture and data frameworks recommended.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
