Cashiers at H Mart perform a wide number of important duties as below but not limited to:
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Register sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers’ purchases.
- Resolve customer issues and answers questions.
- Bag purchases if needed.
- Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
