Job DescriptionWorking Location:San Jose, CASummary of Position:We are looking for Human Resources Generalist/Assistant InternExcellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong business acumen.Essential Functions:

  • Verifies I-9 documentation
  • Process vendor invoices through internal system
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms
  • Assists HRBP with various research projects and/or special projects
  • Coordinate HR events and trainings
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process
  • Maintain employee personal data
  • Assists with processing of on-boarding and termination
  • Assists with HR audit
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Flexible and responsive; able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Must have can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
