If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where your skills can have real impact, let’s talk!The IT Administrator will support, maintain, and resolve desktops, IT systems, and networks issues for the Smith Micro Pittsburgh office. Additionally, this person will provide technical assistance, implement break-fix solutions, and support the IT hardware, services, and solutions for this office.What you will do:

  • Respond to user requests for IT service issues, troubleshoot problems, and respond to IT helpdesk tickets
  • Implement Active Directory moves, adds, and changes
  • Support PC and Macintosh hardware components, desktop operating systems, and various software applications
  • Perform minor repairs to IT equipment
  • Investigate and re-mediate computers infected with spyware, adware, and/or viruses
  • Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security

What you will need:

  • Associate Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science
  • Previous work experience of any kind in a service or business setting
  • Understanding of Azure Active Directory Administration
  • Desire to learn and receptive to feedback and mentoring
  • Displaying an interest in Information Technology and Business Operations
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
