IT Sales Development Representative (remote work) job

For our client, IT and technology company we are looking for a Sales Development Representatives. The company specializes in high-tech industrial solutions such as Digital Twins, Machine Vision and customized inspection systems, IT Managed Services and IT Consulting. The main focus is to provide it experts to clients in a short period of time.We offer

Key Responsibilities

  • Liability for Limited company in the USA and company development;
  • Business service, acquiring and developing clients, incl. building strong relationships, up- & cross-selling;
  • Regular participation in meetings with clients;
  • Helping in the offer preparation process, including cooperation with employees from various departments (IT, Recruitment, Shared Services, Finance, Administration, Legal, etc.);
  • Negotiating contracts with clients;
  • Building a positive image of the company;
  • Reporting directly to the Management Board of the Company in Poland.

Must have

  • Min. bachelor’s degree;
  • Excellent knowledge of the market and sales processes;
  • Experience in selling IT services;
  • High determination in achieving sales goals;
  • Exquisite interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Capacity to cope with tasks under time pressure;
  • Ability to plan and organize your own work, prioritize tasks and focus on problem-solving;
  • Technological experience will be a great asset.
