Jr. Account Manager (Travel Required) job

Jr. Account ManagerSome Of Your Daily Responsibilities Will IncludeVillageCare is looking for a self-motivated MLTC Field Jr. Account Manager. The Jr. Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, creating, building, and maintaining referring relationships with internal and external referral sources, to ensure continued growth of the organization.

  • Connecting with internal and external community and provider referral sources to ask for referrals.
  • Communicate with internal and external referral sources to provide them with data to maximize referral to enrollment conversion rate.
  • Work with Business Development Manager (Team Leader) to discuss time/calendar management to maximum outreach efforts.
  • Assure that referral sources maintain an appropriate yield.
  • Marketing the organization through events, presentations and fairs.

We would like to speak to those who have 3 years job-related experience with Managed Long Term Care plans. High School Diploma or higher required. This position covers the Greater New York City area.
