In each of our regions, we are the best in radiology, offering all radiology services!Job SummaryThe Patient Coordinator will develop care plans and coordinate patient care services by working with patients and their families to ensure they are given the best care possible.Our Ideal Teammate

Essential Functions Of a Patient Coordinator

• Register clients at the front desk.
• Place and receive calls to schedule patients for exams.
• Handle medical records requests.
• Use data to perform analytical tasks and charting tasks related to patient information.
• Communicate with patients about their status through email, phone, and face-to-face conversations.
• Manage patient accounts with confidentiality.
• Schedule patient visits and answering questions, including billing and preparation.
• Ensure services comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of prior medical coordination or similar experience preferred.
