Job Description

Technical hands-on capability and proven record of accomplishment of performing vulnerability assessments, remediating vulnerabilities / patching, and working with advanced anti-malware.

Ability to work in a mixed operating system environment consisting of Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

Knowledge and experience working with Tenable and Crowdstrike product suites.

Interpret vulnerabilities and apply a risk-based approach to remediation.

Knowledgeable of current attack trends facing enterprises and the ability to apply / recommend appropriate mitigations.

Can articulate risk to non-technical stakeholders and work towards the best path to remediate complex issues.

Ability to triage and respond to advances anti-malware alerts. Work with peers and system owners to bring alerts to completion.

Ability to review, recommend, and apply system level patches during scheduled timeframes.

Ability to identify technical debt within an enterprise and work to apply mitigating controls to reduce security risks.
