Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our social media strategy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive our online presence, engage new audiences, and contribute to the growth of our business in exciting new markets. From modernizing our social media strategy to creating compelling video and podcast content, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives

Create engaging video and podcast materials to captivate our audience

Manage website content and facilitate updates to ensure a seamless user experience

Generate compelling social media content to promote our services, drive revenue, and expand into new markets

Craft creative and captivating written content for our social media platforms

Monitor and moderate comments, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative software solutions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms

Strong strategic vision with the ability to reach and engage new audiences

Proficient in understanding what interests and engages people, driving social connections

Hands-on approach with excellent coordination skills to generate content from across the organization

Proven ability to write creative and engaging online content

Familiarity with building social networks and engaging with strategic organizations

Openness to process improvement and a willingness to explore new approaches

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school and/or related work experience

1+ years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with enterprise goals

Proficiency in creating unique content for various social media platforms

Experience using Social Media Management software (e.g., Hootsuite)

Ability to travel approximately two times per month for company events and meetings in the Madison, WI area

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using project management software and social media management systems

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000

Base Pay Varies Based On Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

Remote or hybrid work options available in Wisconsin, with travel requirements to Madison, WI

Remote worker requirements include a designated work station and reliable internet connection
