Technical Account Manager Job

We are looking for an extremely talented individual with 2+ years ad ops, technical account manager, or sales engineering experience in digital advertising. The title is flexible for this position. In this role, you will be implementing our most complex AI dynamic creative, personalization, and attribution new product campaigns with our most strategic customers. You will have major input into our products and roadmap. You must be process orientated. You will be building and structuring new implementation processes, procedures, and systems which will be utilized for future campaigns. This is an individual contributor role. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves. You will be rewarded for your outstanding, groundbreaking work.


A technical background and/or education is required for this role. You must be able to work closely on a daily basis with our talented engineering team. You also must be excellent working with customers and partners at all levels. This role will work closely with the Artsai account management, support and engineering teams.

– Cross-Platform digital attribution for advertiser web site and mobile app conversions across desktop, mobile, connected devices, and OTT/CTV for video, audio, podcast, and display ads.


– AI-driven real-time Dynamic Creative Optimization with multivariate ad builder for video, audio, display and native ads proven to significantly increase return on ad spend.


– Highly advanced real-time visual campaign insights, reporting & analytics.

A Lot About You

Candidates must have a technical background, be smart, independent self-starters with a high level of attention to detail, strong communication, technical, business and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a high paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. A college degree is required and a Bachelor of Computer Science or similar degree in a technical field is preferred.


In this role, you’ll:

·      Work collaboratively with our clients, partners and internal engineering, account management, and support teams to provide proactive, top-notch implementation guidance to our largest, most strategic and complex customers: digital publishers, agencies, marketers, DSPs, DMPs, and others.

·      You will need to be able to coordinate, manage, and drive implementation and set-up of new digital marketing campaigns with multiple companies at once. There typically are 3 to 5 different companies working to set up a complex digital campaign.

·      As you drive implementation, you will also create, recommend, document, and optimize implementation processes, procedures, and systems which will be utilized for future customers and campaigns. You must be adept at creating and implementing new cross functional systems, processes, and procedures.

·      You will need to provide excellent live product and technology demos.

·      Work closely with the revenue, account management, engineering, support, and executive teams.

·      Build and grow positive customer and partner technical and business relationships on multiple levels.


We’re Looking for Someone Who:

·      Has a BS degree or higher.

·      Has a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.

·      Has at least 2+ years of professional work experience on the technology, operations, engineering, or product side of digital advertising or digital marketing.

·      Previous experience with digital or mobile ad servers, DSPs, trackers, and tags is required.

·      Has a proven track record of building key technical and business relationships with large clients and partners.

·      Has superior verbal, presentation and written communication skills. You need to be a good communicator, relationship builder, and businessperson in addition to being strong technically.

·      Has strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

·      Ability to think critically about client needs and develop internal solutions.

·      Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player. You will not be managing a team in this role, at least to start with.

·      Capability to work proactively under pressure with high attention to detail handling and prioritizing multiple ad hoc requests.

·      Comfortable escalating and presenting key issues to senior management including to CEO/CTO and CRO.

·      We prefer that you be based in the New York Metro Area. However, you will be working remotely, so you can be based anywhere. This position will require travel to New York City to meet with clients and our team.
