Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire full-time health care recruiters and experienced executive recruiters.<strong>Position Overview:\u00a0<\/strong>The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 3-7 Years of experience as a Recruiter.<strong><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support to an organization in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the human resource management and employment for smooth functioning of a medical facility.<\/li>\n<li>Review large number of resumes or curriculum vitae<\/li>\n<li>Research for job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate.<\/li>\n<li>Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Manage interview on telephones or personal meeting to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and decide the cost\/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.<\/li>\n<li>Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out pre-employment tests like medical test, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.<\/li>\n<li>Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company websites, newspapers, job vacancy journals, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organizations effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Be aware of the healthcare job market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take corrective steps if goals are not met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Skills<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the medical facility you are working in or the respective health care client<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines and targets<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and analyze people<\/li>\n<li>Well organized, detail-oriented and confident personality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Educational Qualifications<\/u><\/strong>The minimum educational qualification required to become a health care recruiter is a bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or the related fields. A masters degree or a diploma will add value to the specific position and certainly impress an employer. Certifications are voluntary but having one will be beneficial.
