The Jr. Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, creating, building, and maintaining referring relationships with internal and external referral sources, to ensure continued growth of the organization.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connecting with internal and external community and provider referral sources to ask for referrals.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with internal and external referral sources to provide them with data to maximize referral to enrollment conversion rate.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Business Development Manager (Team Leader) to discuss time\/calendar management to maximum outreach efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Assure that referral sources maintain an appropriate yield.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing the organization through events, presentations and fairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We would like to speak to those who have 3 years job-related experience with Managed Long Term Care plans. High School Diploma or higher required.\u00a0<strong>This position covers the Greater New York City area.
