When you work at BioLife, you\u2019ll feel good knowing what you do makes a difference.<strong>A Typical Day For You May Include<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous Learning &amp; Development: The expedited training program lasts approximately six months. Upon completion, you\u2019ll have 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position. During this time, you\u2019ll receive hands-on experience and have mentorship opportunities. Drive your own learning plan that covers all aspects of managing our high-volume blood plasma collection facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Team Management: You\u2019ll use your interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate a positive environment and motivate a team of diverse individuals. Provide employee feedback, conduct performance reviews, support team members\u2019 development, participate in staff planning and recruiting, and engage and retain employees.<\/li>\n<li>Career Advancement: Work towards obtaining a Plasma Center Operations Manager position by completing the training program, networking, and building relationships across BioLife. As you progress your career at BioLife, you\u2019ll have opportunities to open and operate brand new plasma centers.<\/li>\n<li>Supportive Teamwork: You\u2019ll work in our fast-paced, team environment; provide operational support; conduct management training; problem-solve; and communicate with senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional Customer Service: Retain donors by creating a positive donor experience. You may also assist with production.<\/li>\n<li>Travel Opportunities: Learn from and network with BioLife team members across the country. You\u2019ll be able to return home every other weekend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relocation Required upon graduation\/completion of Trainee Program.
