Night Shift: Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday from 6:00pm-6:00am<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nJob Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Manually pick and place small components onto specified areas.<\/li>\n
- Operate tools such as, but not limited to; drills, mono-bolt guns, and wrenches during the assembly process.<\/li>\n
- Read electrical blueprints and install components such as relays, controls and other types of controllers on electrical panels.<\/li>\n
- Receive parts kit from inventory.<\/li>\n
- Examine parts for defects such as pinholes or chips.<\/li>\n
- Responsible for clean-up, bench organization, and tool inventory.<\/li>\n
- Carry materials and other large items of moderate to heavy weight.<\/li>\n
- Must by willing to be flexible within your assigned area and perform a multitude of tasks.<\/li>\n
- Follow policies and instructions that pertain to quality work standards and production quality<\/li>\n
- Adhere to safety regulation as written by the company and assist in teaching others safety standards.<\/li>\n
- Build and fulfill requirements needed; work closely with engineering, quality, and shipping department to ensure product is completed and shipped on time.<\/li>\n
- Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Education Requirements and Ideal Experience Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred; candidates with prior experience without the preferred education will be considered.<\/li>\n
- Must be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents.<\/li>\n
- Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Physical Requirements & Mental Demands Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Must be able to maintain efficiency and work together with team members to complete projects by their deadlines.<\/li>\n
- Some holidays and weekends required.<\/li>\n
- Light to medium physical effort required. Will handle an average-weight of objects that are 5-10 pounds.<\/li>\n
- This position requires walking, standing, and repetitive bending throughout the day; must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift.<\/li>\n
- Specific vision abilities are required including; close and distance vision, the ability to identify colors, hand\/eye coordination, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\n- 80 hours personal time, 80 hours vacation time, and 11 paid company holidays (8 hours paid per holiday).<\/li>\n
