Job Title: AWS Operation Support (L3)

Full Time

Relevant Experience(in Yrs): 8+

Must-Have

• At least 8 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure.
• Minimum 3+ years in managing larger AWS Cloud Services.
• Good understanding on Public and Private Cloud Platforms.
• DevOps Awareness
• Scripting Knowledge
• Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins , cloudwatch, code build Knowledge
• Should have knowledge on Linux, Shell Scripting & DevOps Tools
• Terraform, helm, CI/CD and Automation tools
• Atlassian stack (Jira Confluence), Nice to have Programming languages(Python,NodeJs, Java, etc.)
• Good working knowledge in Patching (Manual / Automatic).
• Good experience in managing access and securing cloud resources.
• Good experience in migrating workloads from on prem to cloud.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating Servers.
• Ability to communicate technical subjects/issues.
• Documentation skills.
• Ability to work on project alone or as part of a team and a positive attitude.
• Ability to represent team in incident / change discussions

Good-to-Have

• Basic knowledge in Configuration management tools (SALT / Ansible)
• Basic knowledge in Service Management tools ( ServiceNow, Heat, Jira etc..)
• Experience in client/Server and enterprise environments
• ITIL Certified or a Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and change Management disciplines.
• Knowledge in Storage and backup.
