Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes in the warehouse.
- Prepares all paperwork and systems related functions to enable processing of daily orders by warehouse personnel
- Perform data entry into WMS system
- Perform all other office tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to help in the warehouse as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
