Job Title: Marketing Manager IStart: 07/03/2023End: 04/26/2024: Local to SDG only, coming onsite 2 days a week.Administration of Pricing, Promotions and Vouchers, including thorough quality assurance and audit compliance. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to consult, understand requests and propose better ways of reaching desired outcomes. Understand the end-to-end customer experience, from advertising to in-product and all pricing touch points, to facilitate effective quality control and troubleshooting. Exposure to commerce systems back-end platforms and tools. Stay connected and involved through any and all campaigns, price tests, and seasonal changes, including updates to facilitate quick pivots as needed. Manage the entire set of data that supports all efforts related to pricing, offers and discounts, with a solid understanding of how data moves back and forth. Help maintain thorough documentation for all processes, along with detailed instructions for the use of Commerce systems. Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to define and execute assigned initiatives around Commerce system enhancements Develop and deliver plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support. Communicate progress and ensure successful, high quality, on-time delivery Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions Communicate results clearly and in actionable formSkills:Candidates should have experience with marketing operations and technology, with a clear understanding of business and customer needs. They will give attention to every detail, building and perfecting strong operational processes to support them. Direct responsibility over product pricing and promotions. 3+ years in marketing operations, preferably a pricing, ecommerce and/or online merchandising role 3+ years in a program management role, delivering business, operational and/or technology advancements ; or managing projects (scope, timeline, resources, risk, etc.) Direct responsibility over product pricing and promotions, with proven ability to understand commerce systems Exceptional attention to detail Very strong organizational and communication skills Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of business and/or customer requirements, with the ability to identify the process and technology requirements to deliver them Proven ability to use data to drive decisions, question and clarify requirements Proven experience building strong working relationships with stakeholders, engineering teams, marketers, to deliver exceptional end-to-end results Proved ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, with the ability to think and react quickly to new and/or changing conditions Strong time management skills, applying sound judgment to prioritize tasks, set expectations and meet them Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Effective consultative and influencing approach Proficient in Google sheet or ExcelBenefits:
