Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center / Open Enrollment)  Work from Home – Must live within 1 hour of listed hr – Any time worked after 7pm local time will have shift differential pay of 10%Class Dates: 8/30/2023 or 9/6/2023Schedule: Likely 8 hours shift (12 start times – 1st start time- 6:00am CST/ Last Start Time – 12:30pm CST) Possibility for OT Monday – Friday / Must be open to working Saturdays as well (Saturday hours – 9am – 1pm CST) – Candidates should have flexibility as schedules are assigned after training.Job Overview:This role is in support of helping employees / retirees enroll in employer sponsored benefits. These can include health, dental, disability or retirement benefits.Job Description:This is primarily an inbound contact center role where candidates will be answering questions about benefits, enrolling callers in benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs if needed.

  • Our client has a large number of clients whose benefits differ; candidates will be responsible for using client specific online resources to answer questions, direct callers to the appropriate contact, and enroll or educate them.
  • Every call must be authenticated to confirm the correct person in on the line as well as documented in the appropriate system.
  • Candidates must be able to remain professional and provide quality service.
