We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Associate HR Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth operations in various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on employee relations and HR administration.Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and facilitating necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs and events.
  • Contribute to the performance management process by assisting with performance evaluations and providing guidance to managers.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on employee relations and HR administration.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Nice to have: Ability to speak Korean.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
