Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Track and request data integrity errors to the Third Party via the documentation software Asana; regularly coordinating for the corrections and issues in the datasheets.
Support projects and resolve issues by working within the department to determine operations and provide solutions.
Handle special projects as and when required promptly
Coordinate internally with the team to set up ad-hoc projects
Create processes and procedures or Job aids.
Reviews and updates the Plexus hold report
Responsible for the completion of Customer Service Review and Estimate Follow Up activities within Service Requests.
Completes Unserviceable and Notice of Charge forms.
Documents all customer correspondence and updates applicable fields within the Service Requests for devices deemed by the depot as a discrepant, unserviceable, unknown software version, or void of warranty.
Resolving returns with missing/incorrect RGA number.
Resolving unauthorized returns.
Appropriately resolving delinquent returns.
Routine monitoring of the Open RGA report for delinquent RGAs.
Notifying customers of delinquent returns.
Processing quality complaint return requests.
Processing quality complaint replacement orders.
Provide the customer with instructions for return shipment (including RGA number).
Facilitate a return label (packing slip) from Baxter’s designated carrier.
Update Service Request in GSP with RGA information.
Notifications to Plexus for Returns and Shipments
Qualifications
Must possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Must possess good organizational skills
Able to multitask, prioritize assignments and analytical skills.
Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction
Attention to detail- ability to read what is being reported on evaluations and notes in the SR from GSP and or JDE
Experience with Excel spread sheets
Ability to work on their own at a steady pace.
Problem solving skills for lost or miss shipped devices.
