Job Title: HR Consultant – Remote Job12 months contract$62/hr on W2DescriptionThe following 3 skills are crucial:USA Payroll and BenefitsProject management, including oversight of large-scale effortsBackground setting up and managing TSA (Transitional Services Agreement) or similar experienceExperienced HR Consultant who can come in and immediately be able to pick up tasks. The first aspect of the role will include setting up and overseeing the implementation of a TSA (Transitional Services Agreement). Following go-live, the role will continue as the main POC and oversight manager of the TSA while it is in place. Well-rounded general HR background is ideal but strong payroll and benefits experience as well as project management experience is critical.
