Needs To Be Very Strong With The Following Activities
Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements.
Setting timelines for deliverables.
Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members..
Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture.
Managing a cross disciplinary team.
Upholding morale and team performance in challenging circumstances.
Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables.
Knowledge and Background
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical degree
12+ years overall experience, 8+ years of program or product management experience, leading IT projects and Digital initiatives from concept, deployment and support.
Experience With SFTP Is An Asset But Not Required
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders is key
Solid organizational skills, proven experience coordinating between multiple project stakeholders, technical program managers, and software development teams
Experience in managing complex, cross-team project plans; prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple geo-distributed teams in support of business objectives
Hands-on Experience With Agile Methodologies And Strong Leadership Skills
Experience with matrix management and ability to work in a global & multi-vendor environment
