We are looking for a highly-qualified and enthusiastic home inspector who possesses the following qualities:
Certification in the field from recognized organizations such as NACHI, CREIA, or similar.
Previous experience as a home inspector.
Proficiency in using reporting software for accurate and efficient documentation.
Possession of a clean and reliable vehicle, capable of driving up to 100 miles per day.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with an emphasis on cleanliness and neatness.
A friendly and collaborative attitude, making you a pleasure to work with.
While not required, having a real estate license or experience would be a definite plus.
Sewer camera experience and/or a Branch 3 Structural Pest Control License will greatly enhance your chances of being contacted for an interview.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills, including proficiency in text, email, and teleconferencing.
