Vitamin World, one of the leading Retailers in the Health and Wellness Industry for the past 40 years, is hiring! We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Team expectations are such that this is a full-time position, with full dedication to this role. Some evenings or weekends may be required as our team is located in multiple time-zones across the US and continents. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and self-starting, with the ability to pivot between priorities easily, wearing many hats. This candidate will play a large role in driving profitable sales and growth for Vitamin World.com. As the Senior Digital Marketer, you will have the unique responsibility of managing our brand’s most powerful marketing levers and merging them with best in class creative. You will be responsible for bringing this art and science together to define and lead the strategy of our digital media, e-commerce, and social channels.Responsibilities And Duties

  • Formulate and lead full-funnel marketing strategy for Digital communications across all digital channels supporting brand strategy and revenue growth
  • Drive the development and strategy for digital marketing plans including media, messaging strategy, promotions, social mission communications and activism.
  • Inform and present digital communication strategy based on multiple email platforms: Campaign, Loyalty, Reviews, Subscription, and/ or identify new channels of communication to help support the business.
  • Re-Launch Social media for Vitamin World, conceptualizing the target audience, marketing plan, and tactics per channel. Set goals and expectations for traffic growth
  • Drive a roadmap of email optimization via A | B testing, version testing and other optimizations.
  • Drive content strategy, partnering with Influencers or Content Creators.
  • Email/ SMS: Drive strategy of retaining and developing loyal customers through build out of email series to capture customers in different stages of their journey. Grow email list to support Vitamin World.com growth goals
  • Loyalty: Conceptualize and drive a digital marketing strategy utilizing Vitamin World’s engaged loyalty base and rewards system, working cross functionally to incorporate Omni-channel positioning.
  • Paid Media: partnering with VP and agencies to drive DTC growth, including Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google/Bing paid search, YouTube, and other ad channels, with the goal of growth and maximizing ROI.
  • Manage marketing budget, work closely with finance partners, ensure budget is managed with agencies and partners and adjust budget by channel to optimize marketing dollars appropriately.
  • Partner with BI to build analytical tools, data, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation to support the roadmap, including multi -touch attribution, insights and actions.
  • Forecast traffic and revenue bottoms up from marketing channels and work closely with VP of eCommerce and planning team to identify gaps or opportunities in KPIs to drive the forecast.
  • Communicate performance trends and results to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis.
  • Clearly communicate direction and vision creative teams with digital briefs, maintaining SLA with cross functional and external partners
  • Deeply understand our brand, positioning, consumer segmentation, competitive landscape, and product portfolio to drive consumer marketing success.
  • Demonstrated experience in growing digital sales based on new ideas, strategies and tactics
  • Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude!

Qualifications

  • 8+ years overall professional experience in digital commerce businesses including building strategy and overseeing execution across different business models and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills including digital benchmarking and competitive analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Solid business understanding including the handling of financial data balanced with the ability to develop and manage departmental budgets, pricing strategies and ROAS Analysis.
  • Planning and executing the end-to-end digital marketing strategy.
  • Implementing, managing, and improving KPIs across all digital channels.
  • Owning analytics and tracking detailed campaign data against KPIs.
  • Forecasting and planning financial outcomes for monthly/annual budget goals and executing against said goals.
  • Fosters a collaborative, cross-functional, data-driven, and growth-focused culture.
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital analytical tools such as Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience with digital platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Meta Business Manager, Sprout Social.
  • Experience with feed management such as with Feedonomics
  • Demonstrated formal or informal leadership of people or projects.
  • Experience leading and collaborating in a remote office setting.
  • Mandarin language skill beneficial but not required
