Position Summary & Job Description
The Acquisitions Associate is a valuable member of our team who is responsible for sourcing and modeling investment opportunities for ownership and will have the opportunity to contribute to the Company’s growth in a collaborative environment that provides for professional development and personal growth.
Specific Responsibilities Include
- Develop and foster relationships with the brokerage community in targeted markets
- Source new investment opportunities based on a given set of criteria
- Review and modeling of specific investment opportunities based the Company’s underwriting principals
- Presentation to and interaction with ownership, senior management and multiple internal departments
- Participation in the due diligence process of the Company’s acquisitions
- New, special and confidential projects for ownership and senior management
Requirements & Abilities
- Bachelors’ degree required
- Individual must be highly motivated and a self-starter who can work with independently when required
- Eagerness to accept additional responsibilities as assigned
- Ability to manage multiple time sensitive tasks at once
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving ability
