As a key member of our Kiosk team, the Intern will work in a fast-paced environment with the team and will be responsible for coordinating and documenting outreach to our clients to make sure that the installation and setup has been done. You will constantly interact with our vendors and set up documentation to track and coordinate any issues that might need attention or coordination with our engineers.

Down in the weeds:

  • Work independently under the supervision of a Lead on kiosk tasks as needed.
  • Create and administer daily/weekly email templates to clients.
  • Document outreach to vendors and clients.
  • Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss status of project.
  • Continue to maintain best practices and tools for tracking kiosks and delivery globally to our clients.

About you:

  • Minimum 1+ years of work experience.
  • MUST BE IN SAN DIEGO ON-SITE IN OFFICE REQUIRED
  • Recent college graduate
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Develop, maintain, and execute emailing of templates and communication to clients.
  • Provide accurate and precise estimates for assigned task duration and work effort, along with confidence level, and foreseeable dependencies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Pay and Benefits (USA)

  • Expected base salary range $17 an hour. Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
  • Internship will last from ASAP- project completed 3-6 months
  • Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
