Job Description

You will lead a talented engineering team responsible for architecture, implementation, and engineering Email solutions for a large enterprise customer. You will be responsible for designing, building, performing, and ongoing advanced support of various Microsoft Exchange Server-based email solutions. Position Overview

  • Core Microsoft Exchange messaging work (mainly focused on O365 and On-premises Exchange integration with a globally distributed hybrid email solution, email security, email migrations, and integration between Exchange and other email systems and applications).
  • Serve as the technical lead for the Exchange and email messaging engineering team and liaison with security teams (understanding and participating in technical projects related to email security, including integrating email security into the Exchange and O365 space).
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for the various applications and products that interoperate with Exchange.
  • Provide input and recommendations on areas of service improvement from a technical point of view and a process and business operations perspective.
  • Responsible for specific technical and non-technical deliverables within assigned projects and areas of responsibility, including collaboration with solution architects, engineers, operational staff, and project managers.
  • Reporting and KPI statistics gathering as required to complement service ownership. Qualifications
  • At least eight years’ total experience working in enterprise IT environments.
  • Six years plus experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
  • Experience deploying and implementing Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 or 2019
  • Understanding of primary network and infrastructure systems’ design
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills – ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
