Enagic distributes its products through a network of independent contractor sales represents through a multi-level (network) marketing business model.Our San Diego location in Chula Vista CA – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (Not Remote)Job OverviewResponsible for managing the GOC department’s day-to-day functions and overall data entry by registering information in the database. Support GOC staff and assist in handling any customer service to our end-users by answering questions in a timely and accurate and professional manner.

  • Carrying out and attaining the mission and the goals of the department managed and the company
  • Must be available to staff and our distributors/customers within the open and close (first and last hours) of scheduled work hours and Enagic business day
  • Manage and train staff, including all new hires
  • Scheduling shifts to ensure proper coverage for all work schedules
  • Manages and maintains database with staff by entering new and updated account information and establishes entry priorities for staff
  • Work with other department managers to increase better workflow and customer support among departments.
  • Processing Orders·
  • Receive and promptly respond to customer queries via phone, email or online chat
  • Document Issues and Resolutions
  • Develop solutions and resolve problems to ensure employee and customer satisfaction is met successfully
  • Review and address the skills of staff to ensure customer satisfaction is met successfully
  • Join and Host meetings and department meetings for the betterment of the department and to update and review new and ongoing information
  • Problem-solving and time management.

Qualification

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Japanese and English
  • Can work weekends, holidays and night shifts.
  • Data entry experience or related experience
  • Quick typing skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Managing processes with staff and projects
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude
