Job Description

  • We are looking for a matured, stable, self-motivated, target and detail oriented professional having minimum hands-on recruiting experience of 5-11 years in US IT staffing industry for Technical and Non-Technical permanent, contract and contract to hire requirements for US based clients.
  • Possess strong communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
  • Will be responsible as an individual contributor (Hands-on) with managing, mentoring, training, motivating, and making team of recruiters including fresh Trainees productive.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics and procedures to meet individual and team recruitment targets.
  • Experience of working with direct clients, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation partners, VMO and C2C requirements.
  • Strong hands-on experience of using job boards, creating Boolean search strings on Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed etc. and utilize multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to job boards, user groups, LinkedIn, social networking, and other tools and technology sources.
  • Responsible to work closely with the company leadership, Onsite Sales and Account Managers, Off-shore Location heads – to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the clients and prioritizing the requirements.
  • Well versed working with various US consulting tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099 and US Immigration processes like H1b, OPT, Green Card, and US Citizens.
  • Knowledge of using ATS application (like Bullhorn) will be an added advantage.
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings with offshore team to discuss and handle high priority requirements and performance of the team.
  • Proven track record of being an effective Sr. Recruiter, team lead, team management, team building with delivery experience.
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills with ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
