  • Managing all incoming phone calls
  • Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
  • Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures
  • Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
  • Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
  • Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
  • Greeting visitors
  • Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prior experience with deliveries
  • Customer service experience desired
  • Foundational knowledge in Printing
  • Well-founded grasp of Workstation Support
  • Foundational knowledge in Invoice
  • Skills in correspondence
  • Practical knowledge of billing
  • Quality experience with Shipping Functions
  • Good understanding of check processing
  • Solid understanding of suppliers
  • Hands-on experience with Selling
  • Video experience required
  • Comprehension of Clerical Duties
  • Experience with Paper
  • Proven knowledge of scheduling
  • Earlier work involving security
  • Experience with Expense Reporting
  • Previous experience working with Paperwork
  • Expertise in Office Functions
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Experience with Database
  • Wide ranging experience with Receptionist Duties
  • General familiarity with Phone Presenc
  • Deep understanding of procedures
  • Solid understanding of Maintain Logs
  • Customer service and office administrative skills
  • 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
