Role Snapshot

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and play a critical role in shaping and implementing our social media strategy. As a key contributor, you will have the opportunity to align our digital presence with our organizational goals and support the execution of our social media strategy.

In This Role, You Will

Modernize our social media strategy to align with key business objectives and execute it effectively.

Develop engaging video and podcast materials to captivate our audience.

Manage website content and facilitate necessary updates to ensure its freshness.

Identify and develop social media content to promote our services, drive revenue, and facilitate business growth in new markets.

Craft creative and compelling content for our social media platforms.

Monitor and moderate comments, and promptly respond to questions and complaints.

Collaborate within a cross-functional team to identify and implement emerging and shared software solutions, such as generative AI.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school education and/or relevant work experience.

One Or More Years Of Experience In

Developing and executing a social media strategy aligned with enterprise goals.

Creating unique and compelling content for various social media platforms.

Utilizing Social Media Management software (e.g., Hootsuite).

Travel: Ability to travel approximately two times (up to four during busy periods) per month to represent the company at events and attend meetings in the Madison, WI area.

Experience using project management software tools and social media management systems.

This position does not have any direct reports.

Salary Range

The base salary offered for this position may vary within the range of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Work Location

This role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements in the approved state of Wisconsin. However, please note that there are travel requirements, and you would be expected to be present in the Madison, WI area 2 to 4 times a month.

Remote Worker Requirements

For remote positions, employees are required to meet certain requirements, including having a designated work station, a wired (Ethernet) connection to the network, and a minimum downstream connection of 10Mbps with at least 1Mbps upstream.
