The CIO Services Organizational Change Management (OCM) team is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator/ Analyst. The selected candidate will track and coordinate training activities for manufacturing software applications. Manufacturing experience is not required.
ROLE:
You will work with a geographically dispersed team of project managers, executives, technical writers, manufacturing and software process engineers, and OCM practitioners to evaluate, create, update and track a training plan and ongoing schedule for Client manufacturing employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will track training activities including training material development, training communications, and training delivery. You will help plan, coordinate, track, measure, and execute the following training activities:
- Communicate closely with key players who are developing the software and training materials, and coordinate and track go live dates, training dates, communications, and tasks.
- Coordinate and assist with training material development and publication, training scheduling and execution.
- Continually update, track, and monitor the schedule for any conflicts, delays, or other risks and escalate those risks in a timely manner.
- Create, edit, send and track training invitations and intranet content about trainings.
- Schedule, produce, and support remote training sessions.
- Send training meeting invites to trainees and post training videos to intranet after complete.
- Create, edit and publish emails, blog posts, training invitations and intranet sites and content.
- Coordinate reviews and changes with SMEs, leadership, and project managers as applicable.

- Technically proficient with intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, WYSIWYG editors.

- Training experience with large system implementations
- Training materials or video creation a plus
- Technical Writing, editing or Project Management background a plus
