Foxconn Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor that will work as part of a team to conduct warehouse operations in accordance with established procedures and policies and keeps management informed of warehouse activities and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods. Once a part of the team you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the warehouse department and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.Job Responsibilities Include:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Hold regular team meetings to drive hourly, daily & “Hot” action items
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Conducts Warehouse operations in accordance with established procedures and policies and keeps management informed of Warehouse activities
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Report on employee workload and staffing levels to management
- Ability to identify the next level of talent through both internal and external talent evaluation
- Maintain item records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish adjustments to existing processes or create & implement innovative work procedures and practices
- Evaluates work performance of personnel for policy violations and correct according to the policy
- Other Duties as assigned
Education Requirements and Ideal Experience Includes:
- High School Diploma, or GED is required. Associates Degree is strongly preferred.
- Able to generate reports & data in Excel, Office and Power Point and Google software programs (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Warehouse Lead, or in a role that demonstrates the skills required
