While at Rupa, your work will directly impact the health and quality of life of integrative and functional medicine practitioners and patients around the world, and you’ll work as part of our Operations team. - Clerical work
- Administrative tasks related to lab orders
- Customer support with labs over the phone and email
- Ensuring quality control in lab ordering

Must-haves
- Must be located in the USA
- You need reliable high-speed internet
- Immediate start, able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Work remote – anywhere in the USA
- Work schedule is remote and flexible, but must be available for team-wide Zoom calls at 9:30-10am PST Mondays and Tuesdays, and 9:30-10:30am PST Wednesdays
- Must be available for company meetings during the day over zoom and available from 8-5
- Available for a full normal 8 hour work day
- Needs to be available a few hours over the weekend for asynchronous work (flexible timing, whenever works for you)
- Contract time: August 7th- November 24th
